I was encouraged to ask myself this question after reading this post by @kenburnett1. If you havent already, please do read it because it refers to a practice many of us may well have been guilty of: cut/paste/use no brain. Lets face it, when weve got multiple to do lists, meetings and deadlines vying for our attention, isnt it tempting to take short-cuts if and when possible? All these time saving/automated devices and software are there for a reason after all to make things easier and quicker but
